Development status / In development

Orthopedic prototype: local dialogue, speech synthesis and role-aware patient access. Advanced physiology, multiplayer and wider specialties are planned; no clinical validation is claimed.

Models, agents & system design

01

Component design

The orthopedic prototype connects a local model runtime to dialogue and speech synthesis. A character's role and assigned patients limit the information available to a conversation. Streaming speech recognition and visual perception are planned extensions; dialogue alone cannot authorize a change to clinical simulation state.

02

Context-aware medical characters

Local inference connects dialogue and speech synthesis. A character's role determines the patient information it may use; conversational context does not grant unlimited access.

03

Review boundary

Multi-system physiology, embodied team workflows and synchronized multiplayer extend the architecture. These remain development work beyond the current orthopedic prototype.
