Development status / In development

Orthopedic prototype: local dialogue, speech synthesis and role-aware patient access. Advanced physiology, multiplayer and wider specialties are planned; no clinical validation is claimed.

Models, agents & system design

01

Component design

The backend holds persistent cases and versioned actions. Proposed changes pass through identity, authority and simulation checks before execution and recording. Physical movement uses actual-position arrival checks. This is a simulation prototype; autonomous institution-wide operations and synchronized multiplayer remain planned capabilities.

02

Authoritative logic twin

The simulation validates identity, permissions and case versions before proposed actions change state. Patient records and recorded events belong to the backend, not to dialogue alone.

03

Review boundary

Multi-system physiology, embodied team workflows and synchronized multiplayer extend the architecture. These remain development work beyond the current orthopedic prototype.

How the system fits together

  1. 01Role & patient context
  2. 02Propose, validate, record
  3. 03Continuing simulation
